The Electoral district of Swan Hill is a rural Lower House electoral district of the Victorian Parliament. It is located within the Northern Victoria Region of the Legislative Council .

Swan Hill includes the country towns of Birchip, Charlton, Donald, Kerang, Murtoa, St Arnaud, Sea Lake, Swan Hill, Warracknabeal, Wedderburn and Wycheproof. Natural features of the electorate include Lake Tyrrell and the Murray River, which is a popular tourist destination and the centre of a flourishing irrigation area. Farming and agriculture are important industries throughout the region.

Swan Hill has held been held by the National/Country Party since 1952 apart from a ten-year gap in 1973–1983.

The current member is the Deputy Leader of the Nationals, Peter Walsh, who has held the seat since 2002.
